“I’m not getting any of that, what’s going on?’

For many partners, you are busy selling, building solutions, and servicing your customers. Finding the time to navigate the complexities or Admin requirements to engage in the program, isn’t high on your priority list.

The good news, it might not be at the top of your priority list, but it is on mine.

My name is Bertha, I am a professional who has worked in the Partner Space, and I have learnt one or two…or three, wait… hang on, I’ve picked up a ton of valuable insights and skills along the way that I want to share with you.  The one big insight I picked up, was that the Microsoft Partner Program does work, IF you work with it too. It’s a partnership! It has now become my job and mission to help partners get the full benefit of being a Microsoft Partner!

I have learned some lessons on how being consistent and implementing some standard admin efficiencies can help you get better. I have also learnt more on which areas partners are missing, and the pain points of partners. In other words, I have been in the trenches and had a chance to sit on the partner’s side, so I know what partners get right, and wrong, and some of their frustrations.

This series will be called “Microsoft Partner Playbook”, the aim is to get you to see areas you can improve on and put the spotlight on some insights you may be missing.
